XTel’s Success Story

Understanding the information that you have within your organization and using it to make business decisions is a very important part of your job.

At MACH we call this ‘Applied Business Intelligence’. This means we take data and turn it into information, which you can use to secure revenue and enhance profits.

It might seem difficult to organize and profit from all the information you have available to you, and that is why MACH has created ‘M Vision’ – a portfolio of Business Intelligence tools that make it easy to understand business information and use it. But the ‘applied’ part of our proposition is also about MACH experts working with you to help make sense of all the options.

We have prepared an entertaining multi-media case study of a fictional mobile phone company called XTel: watch their success story. The company and the characters are all fiction, but the issues and problems that they face are definitely real. We hope you will enjoy reading about XTel’s situation and challenges and be able to relate to them and the solutions that XTel used to solve their business problems.
